In Taste of Dublin 2021, Tadgh was part of a panel discussing sustainability in food and drink production on the Fercullen Stage.
In 2021, he organised and hosted various events with the Wicklow Greens around ecological topics including an event titled ‘Prosperous and Sustainable Tourism and Hospitality Industries for Wicklow’ with various guest speakers including the minister for Tourism.
Tadgh is also available as a guest speaker for 30 min or 1 hour talks/ classes on any of the following topics:

adgh has done many cooking demos down through the years, in venues such as:
- Wicklow Library
- Taste of Wicklow 2022
- Online Events
Tadgh is available to teach cooking and baking classes. He has taught classes in The Cake Cafe and has been a cookery tutor in Catherine Fulvio’s famous Ballyknocken Cookery School for private and public classes for over two years. He also taught cooking classes to teenagers with Another Fine Mess in the summer of 2021.
